Minutes are published on the website within the month following approval at a Parish Council Meeting. The minutes for the previous meeting are approved at the subsequent meeting, i.e. January’s meetings minutes are approved during the February meeting and therefore will be published during the month of February.
There are instances where there is a delay in publishing the meeting minutes when there is not a matching quorum of Parish Councillors at the following meeting to perform the approval.
Unapproved printed minutes of the previous meeting are available during the subsequent meeting to provide a point of reference in the meeting discussions.
